Service Agreement

You agree that you are hiring SearchSubmit.biz as a service provider for the purpose of developing and designing web site to be published on a hosting and domain account on an Internet Service Provider (ISP). You authorize SearchSubmit.biz to add hidden search keywords to your benefit, and a description to enable us to submit the completed web design project to major web search engines once final payment for our work is received. Development During the process of creating your web site, you can view the work in progress on SearchSubmit.biz website and give us feedback during the designing/development stages and I expect that you will promptly provide us with comments or instructions regarding any changes or corrections. Copyrights and Trademarks You guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to us for use in the project are yours or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements and that we are not liable for using them on your behalf. You are responsible for your graphics, so you understand and agree to keep your original and only provide us with a copy to work from. Website Maintenance This agreement includes minor website maintenance over a 6 months period from the start date. Minor changes are defined as being up to one hour per web page for minor changes to sentences or paragraphs, but does not include replacing the page design layout; or any major page and design reconstruction; adding new pages, discussion web, navigation structure changes, or correcting and repairing any attempted updates by client which have caused problems in the website after it was completed. Completion Date Each package we provide has a time limit but note that we cannot complete the web development in a timely manner without your cooperation! Once the project is scheduled to begin, you agree to provide the materials (content photos or text), that you want us to use . . . in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the project after you have submitted all necessary materials. Your cooperation is key to the scheduling of my other projects. If we are unable to maintain the work flow because you haven't provided materials as per this agreement, we may have to set your project to scheduled projects. Project Delivery You understand that we do not provide any hosting services in connection with this web project and do not receive any money or rewards from any hosting company or domain registry for referring/registering you to them and we do not in any way guarantee your placement in the search engine rankings. Domain Name Domain name registration fee is paid for the period mentioned in each package, after that period expires you have to renew from your side and pay all required fees. Web Hosting Your project will be hosted for the period mentioned in each package, after that period expires you have to renew from your side and pay all required fees Electronic Commerce Laws You are also solely responsible for complying with any laws, taxes, and tariffs applicable in any way to the project or any other services contemplated herein. Copyright The finished website we produce will belong to you, to do with as you wish. We reserve the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios. All web projects will contain a link to SearchSubmit.biz as the author. If at some future date you have someone else alter our delivery, you agree to have our name removed from the site and notify us so we can remove it from our samples portfolio. Payments & Payment Schedule You agree payments will be made promptly, and in the event collection proves necessary, agree to pay all fees. Cancellation In case you asked for cancellation, you agree that all provided content, domain name registration and hosting will be revoked from you to reflect the change of ownership to SearchSubmit.biz Legal Notice We cannot warrant that the functions contained in the web project will be uninterrupted or error-free from any of the outside service providers such as internet or domain companies which are all beyond our control. Our agreement becomes effective when you acknowledge and agree to these terms by checking the checkbox below and proceed.
